A regular meeting of the Business Council was held in the Materials and Technologies sector
On 10.12.2022 at 15:00 in the city of Blagoevgrad, a regular meeting of the Business Council was held in the Materials and Technologies sector in the border regions of Blagoevgrad, Haskovo, Kardjali and Smolyan, and the activity is carried out according to a project "Business Council - BC 6275" financed by INTERREG V/A GREECE-BULGARIA 2014-2020 program, Subsidy contract No. B6.3a.18/13.04.2021.
Six representatives of the sector from the border regions of Haskovo, Kardjali, Blagoevgrad and Smolyan attended the meeting organized in this way in the city of Blagoevgrad. The dedicated hall was technically secured, being equipped with multimedia, a laptop computer, a printer, as well as information boards, a banner and presentation materials, according to the requirements of the Communication and Publicity Guide of the Interreg V/A Greece-Bulgaria 2014-2020 program.
At the current meeting of the BC in the Materials and Technologies sector, in connection with issues that arose at the previous meeting of the sector, information was presented about the upcoming financing of the business in 2023. It is planned to announce eleven measures to support business under three of the main funding programs: the Recovery and Sustainability Plan, the new Competitiveness Program and the new Research, Innovation and Digitalization Program. Acceptance of projects will start already in the first half of the year.
In the second half of 2023: Procedure for the development of Centers of Excellence and Centers of Competence, built under the OP "Science and Education for Intelligent Growth" (2014-2020). Total budget BGN 336 million.
In the second half of 2023: Voucher scheme for SMEs for more science in business. Total budget BGN 49 million.
