A regular meeting of the Business Council was held in the Renewable Energy Sources sector
On 14.09.2022 from 1:30 p.m. in the town of Smolyan, a regular meeting of the Business Council was held in the Renewable Energy Sources sector in the border regions of Blagoevgrad, Haskovo, Kardjali and Smolyan, and the activity is carried out under the project "Business Council - BC 6275" financed by the INTERREG V program /A GREECE-BULGARIA 2014-2020, Subsidy contract No. B6.3a.18/13.04.2021.
The meeting was attended by representatives of the municipality of Smolyan, regional administration of Smolyan, representatives of businesses from the border regions of Haskovo, Kardjali, Blagoevgrad and Smolyan.
The meeting of the business council started on time in the presence mode, and online access was provided for interested persons who did not have the opportunity to attend physically.
The meeting was held in the building of the Municipality of Smolyan, the hall was technically secured, being equipped - multimedia, portable computer, printer, microphone/s and sound system, as well as information boards, banner and presentation materials, according to the requirements of the Communication and Publicity Guide of program Interreg V/A Greece-Bulgaria 2014-2020. In addition, disinfectants, protective masks, as well as water, coffee, tea were provided to ensure the coffee break of the event.
The moderator of the event welcomes everyone present (including those who joined remotely).
Council members drew attention to the problem of connection to the electricity distribution network. Legislative changes are needed to address this problem. This was also the main point of the meeting, as it is one of the main reasons that lead to the failure of projects or to their excessive delay and cost.
The participants in the meeting asked to be explained the crediting opportunities offered by the state. The attendees were introduced to the so-called credit unions and the opportunities they offer.
