The focus of the free discussion was on the problem of the lack of qualified personnel in the sector. The members of the BS informed the project management team about the current situation on the territory of Haskovo region. It turns out that not a small share of the industry falls to enterprises that manufacture dishes and machines for the food industry.

And here is one of the main problems faced by all priority sectors in all project areas, namely the lack of qualified labor.

The members of the council expressed their opinion that one of the ways to deal with the labor crisis is dual education - through a massive information campaign in educational institutions in the territory of the district, young people who want to work and develop in their birthplaces.

Those present at the meeting decided to seek assistance from the local authorities and, together with them, the educational institutions on the territory of the district, to organize open days, through which they can present the activities of the enterprises that will be involved.
